Creating What Matters is a two-day course which teaches principles and tools that will lead to sustained, measurable growth for organizations and individuals. Creating What Matters is education taught, over a period of two days, by means of videos, short films, exercises, group interactions and strategic planning. It was designed, developed and taught by Robert Fritz who appears on video and utilizes short films to illustrate major concepts.
