Robert Fritz
Robert began his career as a composer. While
being immersed in the structure of music, he began seeing structures
everywhere. It is from this awareness that our structural approach
was born.
His other major focus was the creative process. Robert began to
wonder if the same principles that composers use to create music
could be used by everyone in creating their goals. He developed a
course and began to train instructors in the approach. Since then,
over 80,000 people throughout the world have taken trainings
developed by him.
His first book, The Path of Least Resistance, became an
international bestseller. It details how a person can utilize the
creative process and the knowledge of structure to create their life
according to their highest aspirations and deepest goals. His second
book, Creating, gives even more detail on the principles of the
creative process. His most recent book, The Path of Least Resistance
for Managers, takes the technology that is outlined in the first two
books and applies it to organizations. Because Robert is one of the few original thinkers in the field of
business consulting, many corporations throughout the world use
techniques and ideas that were created by Robert to create
organizational effectiveness.
